The quantity, quality and description of any specifications for the products shall be those set out in the site but you should be aware that the images appearing on the website are not always
accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and omissions in any price or other information without any liability. All pictures on our website are for graphic representation only and products
shipped may differ slightly from images.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold any relevant qualifications from a recognized training organization before purchase.
All advice or recommendations are followed entirely at your own risk.
Goods on the Site may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over. In placing an order for any such goods you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse
any order where satisfactory proof of age has not been provided.
Kit Hire - General
Rental Customers need to provide 2 forms of personal identification, i.e. driving license, passport, recent utility bill (gas or electricity), bank statement,
A security deposit of £100 is required.
Equipment must be returned clean and on time under Happy Diver UK conditions.
A charge of £10 will be levied from the secrurity deposit for drysits returned in a manner that indicatespoor equipment care such as excessively dirty or packaged in
a manner that can cause damage to teh zip.
Additional charges may be incurred if the conditions are not met
Breakages or losses will be charged at the appropriate market price.
The Customer is acknowledged to have the appropriate qualifications and skills to use the equipment provided. Their agreement to these terms & conditionsis confirmation is proo fof this.
Whilst our staff members are fully trained to help and guide you, it is the Customer's responsibility to make sure that all required equipment is present.
Happy Diver UK provides substantial amount of hire kit and whilst we make every effort to fulfil the need for hire equipment, we cannot be held responsible in the
event of a shortage of equipment, i.e. unable to provide the correct drysuit size.
Please allow at least 1 hour for the fitting of a drysuit and use common sense with regards to opening times, etc.
Kit Hire - Booking
A customer's request for any booking shall only be secured with full payment of the full hire charge. A booking will not be deemed complete and therefore any requested dates will remain available
for other parties to book until such payment is received and payment issued.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your payment has been received by Happy Diver UK.
Where a group does not expect to book the services of Happy Diver on an exclusive basis, the group shall state the quantity of equipment that they want to book. Happy Diver’s remaining stock of
equipment will be deemed available for other groups or individuals.
A customer’s request for any booking shall only be secured with a non-refundable deposit of £100, or 25% of the full hire cost, whichever is the greater. A booking will not be deemed complete and
therefore any requested dates and equipment will remain available for other parties to book until such payment is received and a receipt issued.
Full payment of any remaining balance for suit hire is required 2 (TWO) weeks ahead of your event or on the day of booking if the booking is initiated within this period.
Where full payment has not been received by the period above, the hire will be considered cancelled and the suits will be considered available for other customers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that your payment has been received by Happy Diver UK.
Kit Hire - cancellation
Notice of cancellation of all or part of an equipment hire must be given to Happy Diver in writing by email to guy_happydiver.co.uk or Messenger to www.facebook.com/HappyDiver UK
In the event that the customer cancels their booking, Happy Diver will do our best to rebook your event on another available date. However, the customer will be liable, as a minimum, for any
direct expenses, such as accommodation of Happy Diver staff, that cannot refunded to Happy Diver as a result of the cancellation.
Where equipment hire, in part or in full, is cancelled within 2 (TWO) weeks of the hire date, the customer will be liable for a payment of 50% of the hire charge of the equipment being cancelled
or the securing deposit, whichever is the greater.
Where equipment hire, in part or in full, is cancelled within 48 (FORTY-EIGHT) hours of the hire date, the customer will be liable for a payment of 100% of the hire charge of the equipment
being cancelled or the securing deposit, whichever is the greater.
Payment & Refunds
No order will be processed until full payment has been received and if stock not available, no stock shall be ordered until payment has been received.
It is the Customer that is responsible to ensure payment has reached our account.
Payment must be received by cash or bank transfer to the Happy Diver UK bank account prior to fulfilment of the order or part thereof.
All prices in our website are subject to change without prior notice to reflect any increase in the cost to us.
We aim to protect legitimate credit card owners from fraud and therefore will report to the necessary authorities any person attempting to use a card which they are
not authorized to use.
Please note that our Internet Prices and Shop Prices may differ from time to time.
Happy Diver will endevour to refund any funds due to the customer promptly in person by cash, refund to a supplied bank account or to the bank card, or crdit card,
used in relevant transaction.
Sales Order Canellation
To cancel or return all or part of an order you must notify us immediately by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Happy Diver will refund any payment made minus any costs incurred in processing the order including the cost of ordered stock at market value where the order cannot be cancelled by Happy Diver
with their supplier.
Payment shall be made by bank transfer to the Happy Diver UK bank account.
Property sold to the Customer shall become their property provided their payment has been received
Happy Diver UK asserts all of its intellectual property rights in all of its promotional materials and trademarks.
Warranties & Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not have any liability for the content of any other websites linking into this site.

If goods are to be shipped or used overseas, then it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is able to be shipped to and used in your country.

Incorrectly sized items (suits) dispatched inside or outside the United Kingdom and inside the European Union can be swapped but customers are responsible for the
cost of shipping the items back to us and then the return carriage costs, to return the goods back to the customer.

Use of SCUBA equipment by UNCERTIFIED or UNTRAINED PERSONS is DANGEROUS AND CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
Any equipment hired, purchased and received from Happy Diver UK is done so on the understanding that the customer/purchaser is fully trained in the use of the scuba
equipment and holds the relevant qualifications or is undergoing such graining in the presence of a qualified diving instructor.
